CNXART.STORE COLLABORATION AGREEMENT

Art. 1 – Operational Structure
CNXART.STORE is the owner and CEO of the project. For physical production, logistics, and returns, CNXART relies on an international technical partner. The Creator acknowledges CNXART as the sole point of contact for the entire commercial chain.

Art. 2 – Role and Production
The Creator provides raw content (original photos or authorization to use social media content). CNXART.STORE manages the full graphic treatment through professional editing, AI upscaling, and technical optimization. Upon specific request, CNXART may limit its work to technical editing of the material provided.

Art. 3 – Ownership and License
The Creator grants CNXART.STORE the right to use their name and image. The final works produced (editing, compositions, and upscaling) are the intellectual property of CNXART.STORE, both during the monthly drop and afterward.

Art. 4 – Sales Exclusivity
To maintain the “Scarcity” strategy, the Creator agrees not to sell the same graphic concepts (physical or digital) on third-party platforms, either during the 30-day CNXART.STORE drop or at any time afterward.

Art. 5 – Net Profit
Revenue share is set at 80% for the Creator and 20% for CNXART.STORE. Net profit is calculated by deducting from the sale price:

• Taxes: VAT (22%) and local taxes on physical goods depending on the customer’s location.

• Payment processing fees: Stripe, PayPal, etc., ranging from 2.9% to 4.99% plus a fixed fee.

• Direct costs (physical products only): production and shipping fees charged by the logistics partner to CNXART.

Art. 6 – Payments
Payments are issued on the 15th of the following month via PayPal, Stripe, or other agreed platforms.

Art. 7 – Indemnity and Liability
The Creator guarantees full rights to the material provided and agrees to indemnify and hold CNXART.STORE harmless from any third-party claims regarding the original content. CNXART.STORE is not responsible for fan misuse of the products or failures by logistics partners. Liability is limited to unpaid commissions earned.

Art. 8 – Duration and Termination
This contract is indefinite. Termination may be exercised at any time, effective at the end of the current 30-day subscription period.

Art. 9 – Clause
The Creator acknowledges and agrees that all product sales will take place via the cnxart.store platform and are subject to the site’s general Terms of Service regarding logistics, order fulfillment, and retail operations.

Art. 10 – Content Guidelines
⚠️ IMPORTANT: We currently do not handle explicit adult content. If working with a human subject, photos may include swimwear, provided there is no full or partial nudity. Examples:

• A man may appear in boxer shorts or swim trunks.

• A woman may appear in a bikini.

• If topless images are submitted, our staff will cover sensitive areas with stars or other appropriate graphics.
