CNXART is a creative platform that produces exclusive monthly physical drops in collaboration with selected creators. Each drop is curated, designed, and distributed by our internal team, allowing creators to focus on their image and audience while we handle production, design, and logistics.
This page explains how to start and what is required to submit your material.

How the Collaboration Works

CNXART creates a monthly limited collection based on your image and visual identity.
CNXART manages the entire creative and production process
Physical products are produced and fulfilled through our partners
Your collection is hosted in a dedicated creator mini-shop
The collaboration is free to join
Once your material is received, our team prepares your drop following the CNXART cinematic visual style.

Time Zone & Communication Notice

CNXART operates from Europe (CET time zone) and works asynchronously with creators based in the United States and other regions.
To ensure smooth collaboration across time zones:
Messages are reviewed during CNXART business hours
Immediate replies are not always guaranteed
Every message is carefully reviewed and answered as soon as possible
This workflow allows us to maintain high creative and service standards without rushed communication.

What You Need to Submit

If you decide to start the collaboration, please prepare the following material:
Photo Requirements
Please provide three photos:
One vertical image
One horizontal image
One close-up or portrait image
Important guidelines:
The subject must be fully visible
Avoid complex or cluttered backgrounds
Clean backgrounds help our team perform accurate subject cut-outs and edits
High-quality images result in better final products.

Signature for Artwork

Please also include one of the following options:
A photo of your signature written on a white sheet of paper
or
Authorization for CNXART to:
use images from your public social profiles
create a custom signature on your behalf.

Creative Direction & Style

If CNXART is in charge of the visual design:
The cinematic graphic style is curated entirely by our internal team
Style revisions or creative changes are not available
Alternatively, you may request:
use of the material exactly as submitted
or use of images sourced from your authorized social profiles
This choice must be clearly stated when you send your material.
