CNXART is a creative platform that produces custom graphics for exclusive monthly physical releases, reserved for selected creators. Each release is curated, designed, and distributed by our internal team, allowing creators to focus on their audience while we handle design, production, sales, and logistics.

This page explains how to start a collaboration and what is required to activate the service.

  • Cinematic visual editing and creative direction

  • Production and worldwide shipping

  • Order management and customer support

  • Refreshing the shop every month with new drops and seasonal themes

You focus on:

  • Providing your photos to create the monthly drops

  • Sharing the link to your mini-shop with your fans

  • Occasional communication to remind fans about the current launch

How Collaboration Works

CNXART offers creators a free service to produce a limited monthly collection of physical products, based on the creator’s image and visual identity.
Each collection is updated monthly with a new graphic style, aligned with seasons and key moments of the year, creating urgency and scarcity through limited drops.

CNXART manages the entire creative and production process. Each physical product is customized with the creator’s visual identity, giving fans the opportunity to purchase personalized merchandise featuring their favorite creator.

Products are produced and shipped through our network of partners in the United States and worldwide. The creator’s only task is to share the shop link with their fans.

Each collection is hosted in a dedicated mini-shop containing 10 physical items for the creator.

To participate in the collaboration, the creator must:

  • Send photographic material, or

  • Authorize CNXART to source content from the social profiles provided by the creator.

Once the material is received or sourced, our team prepares the monthly drop following CNXART’s cinematic visual style.

Time Zone & Communication Notice

CNXART’s chat communication service operates from Europe (CET) and communicates asynchronously with creators based in the United States and other regions.

To ensure smooth collaboration across time zones:

  • Messages are reviewed during CNXART’s working hours and business days.

  • Immediate responses are not always guaranteed.

  • Each message is carefully reviewed and answered as soon as possible.

This workflow allows us to maintain high creative and service standards without rushed communication.

What You Need to Submit

If you decide to start the collaboration, please prepare the following:

Photo Requirements
Provide three photos:

  1. Vertical shot of the subject

  2. Horizontal shot of the subject

  3. Close-up or portrait

Important Guidelines:

  • The subject must be fully visible

  • Avoid complex or cluttered backgrounds

  • Clean backgrounds help our team perform accurate cropping and edits

High-quality images result in better final products.

Artwork Signature

Please include one of the following options:

  • A photo of your handwritten signature on a blank white sheet, or Authorization for CNXART to:

    • Use images from your public social profiles, and

    • Create a custom signature on your behalf.

Creative Direction & Style

CNXART is fully responsible for visual design:

  • The cinematic graphic style is entirely managed by our internal team.

  • Creative revisions or style modifications are not available.

Alternatively, you can request:

  • Use of your material exactly as provided, or Use of images from the social profiles you indicate without modifications.

This choice must be clearly stated when submitting your material.

How to Submit Your Material

To start the collaboration and send your content, send a message and attach your material directly in chat, using the button at the bottom right of your screen.

Please submit:

  • Your photos as documents (not compressed images)

  • Your signature photo or authorization message

  • A short message confirming how you want your material to be used

Sending files as documents ensures optimal quality for production.
