How can I find out the prices of the products? Simply visit your favorite creator's shop directly on CNXART.STORE. There you will find the full assortment updated with current prices and item details.

Are payments secure? Absolutely. We use certified global payment partners to ensure every transaction is protected and encrypted according to the highest security standards.

Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order? Customer support for physical products (shipping, returns, sizing) is managed directly by our professional production partners. You will find specific contact details in your order confirmation email.

How much does it cost to start collaborating with CNX Art Store? Nothing. Collaboration is completely free. We handle graphics, technology, the shop, and logistics. Your only task is to promote the products to your community.

How can I send my photos for the drop? You can send them via our dedicated communication channel (on-site chat). Please note: each file sent through the chat must not exceed 10MB. Alternatively, you can delegate the CNXART team to collect images directly from your social media channels.

How much do I earn per sale? Earnings vary based on the type of product purchased by your fans. You will receive a commission for every single item sold, calculated net of production, shipping, and transaction costs. Full details are available in your private creator area.
